Position Summary
The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology and the Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks a physician-scientist to be appointed as Assistant/Associate/Full Professor on the tenure track. The candidate should have an outstanding record of accomplishment in clinical care, teaching, and a demonstrated interest in clinical and research in malignant hematology, multiple myeloma, and associated plasma cell malignancies. Successful candidates will have a primary research laboratory assignment with dedicated laboratory space and a generous start up package. The physician-scientist will be expected to engage in active collaborative research, build clinical and/or translational research in the division, and obtain/maintain independent extramural funding. The candidate will join the myeloma program and collaborate closely with the transplant and cellular therapy programs.
