Job Description
Provides Manufacturing (Shop Ops) and Maintenance leadership for medium size plant. Manages multiple shifts of an assembly line, fabrication or machining operation.
Location: Neillsville, WI-Onsite
Experience: Broad business leadership experience, including managerial, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
10+ years of managerial experience in shop operations/supply chain
Responsibilities

Provides manufacturing shop operations leadership and improvement focus in operations driving results, creating and monitoring measures, trends to validate root cause analysis and corrective action plans, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Partners with internal and external functional stakeholders to maintain relationships to meet all customer and business requirements.
Prepares and manages an annual operating plan, forecasts for manufacturing operations and maintenance including expense and resources.
Manages teams, performance metrics and budget in the maintenance organization.
Develops the strategy for Operations as one of the pillars for Plant Strategy.
Collaborates with other functions to develop and execute the Facilities plan to support compliance, current and future operations.
Manages, coaches, and develops staff; works with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
Qualifications
College, university, or bachelor degree or higher, required.
Broad business leadership experience, including managerial, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Base salary range: $132,000 - $146,000 (relocation assistance may be provided for qualifying candidates)
