THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedMarketing Analytics Lead to join our team. This role will be pivotal in drivingdata insights to support marketing growth goals, enhancing data visibility, andoptimizing performance across the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate shouldhave the ability to audit existing marketing analytics practices, generatemeaningful insights, and build automated pipeline dashboards to empowermarketing stakeholders. This role will report to the Vice President - MarketingOperations.

OPPORTUNITIES
- You will evaluate existing analytics frameworks, processes,and reports.
- You will identify areas for improvement and provideactionable recommendations.
- You will extract, clean, and analyze data from multiplemarketing and sales systems.
- You will create and maintain marketing pipeline dashboards tomonitor performance metrics.
- You will deliver insightful reports to stakeholders,translating data into actionable strategies.
- You will design and implement automated pipeline dashboardsfor real-time performance tracking.
- You will collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensureseamless integration across tools and systems.
- You will partner with marketing teams to provide insightsthat align with growth objectives.
- You will act as a bridge between marketing and sales teams,ensuring alignment on shared metrics.
- You will train and support stakeholders in interpretinganalytics and using dashboards effectively.:
- You will leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpotMarketing Automation, Demandbase, Tableau, and similar platforms to analyzedata and build reporting structures.
- You will manage a small team of analysts & contractorsdistributed globally.
- You will stay updatedwith emerging tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities
SKILLS
- You should have minimum 12 years in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in creating and automating dashboards, reporting, and providing actionable insights.
- You should have expertise in data and analytics tools such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpot Marketing Automation, Tableau, Demandbase, and other analytics platforms. Exceptional MS Excel skills.
- You should have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, pipeline stages, and data modeling.
- You should be able to set up and automate data pipelines and dashboards from scratch.
- You should have expertise in pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- You should be able to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- You should have exceptional interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You should be able to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You should have experience working with global teams across Asia, Europe & US
