We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Back-End Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of robust back-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and experience collaborating directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable software solutions. This role requires onsite visits to client locations for effective requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
Travel to client locations as needed to conduct onsite meetings, gather business requirements, and document functional and technical specifications.
Design and architect scalable, efficient, and secure back-end solutions based on client requirements.
Lead a team of back-end developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between front-end applications and databases.
Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to support application needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, QA, product management) to ensure end-to-end project success.
Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and deployment guides.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Experience with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware in .NET.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven experience leading a team of developers in an Agile environment.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, risks, and team performance.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
