Under the leadership of the Metropolitan Healthcare Services Director of Operations, the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations (ADC) is responsible for oversight, execution, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all MHS Clinical programs to include: staffing, reports, analysis, and special projects. Additionally, the ADC evaluates staffing workloads, assignments, and performance of all Clinical Manager, Supervisors, Team Leads, Leads, and frontline clinical staff.

Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations with day-to-day management of clinical programs and personnel i.e. staffing, training, meetings, reporting, competencies, and quality.
- Works with the Director of Operations to maintain, sustain and develop clinical programs and service throughout the organization.
- Ensure consistent and smooth implementation of daily clinical operational procedures and new clinical startups.
- Assist in developing strategies, standards, implementation planning and goal/objective setting for the clinical programs.
- Works with Managers, Supervisors, and other leaders to coordinate and supervise daily clinical operations.
- Ensures all clinical staff is compliant in accordance with state, local, and federal regulations and internal client policies and procedures.
- Provides medical and non-medical education and training to clinical staff when necessary.
- Supports the organization's strategic alliances, partnership, and initiatives.
- Ensures performance goals and key performance metrics are achieved.
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients and co-workers.
- Maintains all clinical data in accordance with The Joint Commission (JC).
- Maintains strict confidentiality related to work information (in accordance with HIPAA).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Master's degree in Healthcare or Business management or related field required.
- 4+ years' experience as an Assistant Director or similar experience in a related capacity.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare, project, or personnel management.
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft products.
- Exceptional clerical skills and strong business acumen.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Skilled collaborator and negotiator.
- Excellent communicator both orally and written.
- Comfortable self-starting assigned projects.
- Confident and eager to engage with clients.
- Must be able to work legally in the United States.
- Must pass background and drug screenings.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Ability to work well under time constraints and under pressure.
- May be required to meet immunization or health screening requirements through providing personal records or undergoing testing and, if required, further immunizations or tests.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to run, walk, and sit for a long period of time.
- Must be able to push and pull 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distance.
- Requires full range of motion.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours is sometimes required.
