Position Start Date: ASAP
261 Contract Days (12 Months July - June, 8 hrs day)
Salary Range: $146,345 - $152,931 (salary will be prorated based on start date)
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Business, or Finance, and 3 - 5 years school finance experience.
Preferred qualifications: CPA or MBA and 5 - 7 years school finance experience;
Major Responsibilities, Skills, Abilities: Supervise accounting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and copy center staff. Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures for the district consistent with state statute, rules, board policy and GASB. Direct and participate in financial reporting including annual audit, board reports, and state reporting. Implement and monitor district cash management and investing
Interview process to begin the week of February 11, 2025
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: Compensation and benefits will be determined by the negotiated Contract Agreement between Non Aligned coordinators, Managers and Supervisors and District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime or comp time.
