Early-stage startup focused on transforming the daily human experience is looking for an Office Manager to join their 20-person team. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a very promising startup led by a multi-time Founder with a proven track record of success. Oversee office operations of their new space, be the face of the company for visitors and team, liaise with vendors and building management, and assist with planning team offsites and events. Someone with strong interpersonal skills who is excited about owning office operations and building team culture. Previous experience as an Office Manager at an early-stage startup with a do-whatever-it-takes mentality. This is fully in-office based in Mission Bay, must be flexible to stay late as needed. 80-110K+ DOE + equity, fully covered health benefits, flexible PTO, paid company parking, and provided lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and organized work environment for the growing team.
- Lead guest experience to welcome internal and external parties into the space ensuring they are directed where needed.
- Be the point of contact and manage relationships with vendors, including building management, IT, and other services. Resolve any concerns or disruptions.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory as well as logistics for daily lunches and snacks.
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Help plan team off-sites and events to foster company culture.
- Handle ad hoc projects and tasks, as needed.
- Previous experience in an Office Manager role in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proactive approach and process-oriented to find ways to improve.
- Friendly, engaging, and embodies a positive outlook and attitude.
- Passion to learn, contribute, and take initiative.
- Tech savvy (knowledgeable of Google docs, Gmail, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing effectively.
