For 100 years we've been reimagining how to flavor beverages and we're looking for an Integrated Planning leader that will focus on the long-term strategy and optimization of planning processes across the entire supply chain, including internal and external manufacturing and distribution partners to deliver on the amazing customer experience we strive for.

The Director of Integrated Planning is a pivotal leader in driving alignment, clarity, and efficiency across our supply chain processes. With your strategic vision and leadership, you drive continuous improvement, automation and technology adoption in long term planning and gain enterprise-wide alignment to deliver on our commitments. By accomplishing + maintaining the seamless integration between forecasting, production planning, inventory management and replenishment, the demand and supply teams can support our amazing growth.

Success Factors (First 12-18 Months)

Team Leadership:
  • You have built a high-performing and engaged team. Your supportive coaching and mentoring inspire your team to contribute at the highest level. You have regularly invested time in the development of people to enable their professional growth and focus on the importance of fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Your leadership has fostered collaboration within and across stakeholder departments, ensuring the planning teams deliver results that align with business objectives and Torani core values. You've guided the teams to navigate complexity with confidence and creativity, connecting their work to broader business success.

S&OP Leadership:
  • You've taken ownership of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure its effectiveness and alignment to strategic goals. You've identified areas that need to be evolved and fostered a collaborative, cross-functional approach that aligns demand, supply, and inventory strategies. Strategic priorities and governance of the S&OP process is clearly established and understood by all key stakeholders.
  • By ensuring the process is effectively collaborating cross-departmentally, you've created clarity and focus within a complex customer and product mix by establishing frameworks and tools that guide decision-making amidst ambiguity.
  • S&OP is set up for success with the clarity of shared success metrics adopted across functions. By championing transparency, challenges are surfaced early, and solutions are identified quickly, with the collective team prioritizing delivery of our shared goals.

Demand Planning:
  • Demand forecasts incorporate historical, statistical data and current assumptions to achieve the greatest forecast accuracy. The team is counted on to deliver data that can be translated to action in the integrated planning process.
  • Your leadership has ensured that forecasts align with financial plans and supply capacity, supported by robust analytics and reporting for continuous improvement.

Supply Planning
  • Effective Master Production Plans and optimized inventory strategies have been developed and deployed under your direction, which balance working capital efficiency and service levels.
  • Your guidance has been the cornerstone of our effective replenishment planning which has resulted in maintained alignment with internal and external manufacturing partners. You've ensured partnership with manufacturing, co-manufacturing, and distribution teams to establish efficient systems and processes, mitigating risks of over or under supply.
  • Strategies and execution plans are in place to optimize inventory in a way that balances business growth, cost management, and customer needs. Additionally, robust analytics and reporting mechanisms are in place to continuously evaluate inventory health and identify areas for improvement.

Planning Technology & Tools
  • Drive the identification, implementation, and optimization of tools, systems, and best practices that enhance planning efficiency, simplify workflows, and enable agile, data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to establish flexible, scalable mechanisms-"adjustable dials"-within the integrated planning, equipping teams to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing business priorities.
  • Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and challenges in integrated planning. Share actionable insights and foster a culture of continuous improvement to strengthen both team capabilities and organizational resilience.

Communication & Influence
  • Your regular evaluation of the S&OP process' strategic alignment, long-term improvements, and ability to meet business growth objectives has ensured that process improvements have remained on track and adherence to the cadence of S&OP is consistently delivered across functions.
  • Teams recognize your ability to address challenges proactively and turn ideas into actionable outcomes. Regular engagement with senior leaders, key partners, and customers ensures alignment with business priorities and goals.
  • You have built credibility through clear and precise communication and by fostering a collaborative environment that drives for shared success through open communication, thoughtful problem solving and collective accountability and alignment.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in integrated planning, supply chain management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven expertise in S&OP processes and their alignment with financial and strategic goals.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced planning tools and proficiency in using data analytics for decision making.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience driving process improvements and implementing change initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture that aligns with Torani's values and mission.

Salary Range: $203,000- $226,000
