Director Supervisor - CEO

Qualifications:

• Bachelors (Preferred by not required) or Construction Management Experience
• Management experience - 5 years (Preferred)
• 2 years in PV Solar Industry (Preferred)
• Experience in managing and training
• Strong understanding of NEC code 2014 & 2017
• Experience in PV design - string and wire sizing, inverter sizing, battery back up
• NACEB PV Installer preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, MAC
• Positive attitude
• Strong leader
• Attention to detail

As Operations Manager for Green Solar Systems, LLC you will contribute to our team by:

• Maintaining and improving Quality Control
• Act as customer liaison
• Overseeing productivity and efficiency of all projects
• Overseeing project scheduling
• Involved in permitting and interconnection process
• Managing procurement of materials
• Completes site assessments for commercial and residential projects
• Managing crew leads and crews
• Overseeing warehouse operations
• Managing production and workflow of solar installations
• Managing profitability of solar installations
• Involvement in hiring of crew leads and installers

Compensation:

• Salary $75,000-$120,000 - based on experience
• Profit and performance based bonuses
• Full benefits available after 3 months - health/dental/vision
• PTO after six months
• 401k with match after 3 months
