We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channels Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of integrating a digital channel for Credit cards with core card management platform and other key platforms of the FI. The ideal candidate will act as a central PMO, bringing together multiple stakeholders, including vendors, internal stakeholders across platforms, to meet channel requirements and ensure seamless product implementation. This role demands strong program management expertise, technical knowledge, and a proven track record of successful system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central PMO for channel integration programs, ensuring alignment across vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to define and meet channel requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• . Oversee End to End Test Management - Lead planning, execution , monitoring and reporting of testing activities across Projects.
• . Develop and Implement test strategies- Develop and Design testing framework and methodologies as per Project requirements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between vendors and the bank's internal teams.
• Ensure that digital channel solution is effectively integrated with the bank's internal systems.
• Organize and lead workshops to align stakeholders on goals, progress, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Remove blockers to ensure smooth program execution.
• Liaise with testing team for successful validation of channel integration.
• Provide regular program updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Understands the complexities of large program management, dependencies on other tracks
• Strong technical background in payment processing systems, card management platforms, and related technologies.
• Strong experience in Program managing product rollouts/ Product implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing vendor product integration with banking systems.
• Understanding of banking systems, channel infrastructure, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong risk, issue, and change management capabilities.
• Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs

Desired skills*

• Knowledge of core card management platforms like- Fiserv Vision Plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create a compelling presentation.
• Should be Organized and proactive.
• Must have the working knowledge on Jira, SAFe agile, software development, release planning & migration, testing.
