The Project Manager is a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors.

A Day in the Life:
  • Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters.
  • Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
  • Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
  • Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion.
  • Travel to customer sites and manufacturing facility as needed.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in related industry.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual with Spanish/English.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $141,700 in most states unless otherwise noted or $98,900 - $155,900 in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts and Washington or $107,900 - $169,900 in San Francisco, CA, New Jersey, and New York (+ bonus if applicable job grade) . The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
