Pre-Sales Engineer (f/x/m)

• As our US sales engineer, you will work together with the sales team to solve mobile text recognition and object identification challenges for our customers.
• You'll focus on thoroughly understanding the customer needs and ensure that we deliver and exceed expectations.
• You'll prepare high compelling solution demonstrations and lead the path from prototype to production readiness.
• Replying to requests for proposals and other customer technical requests that occur in a sales cycle is part of your daily activities.
• A strong technical background, particularly in mobile applications and coding, is essential to effectively address customer challenges and provide innovative solutions that come up your day to day responsibilities.

Your profile

We are able to hire remotely in the following states: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Idaho and New York.

• Well- founded IT education: either a degree in business informatics , or adequate work experience .
• 5 + years of professional experience in a technical customer-facing role, B2B pre-sales preferred.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills .
• You are motivated and self-reliant .
• You are comfortable with flat hierarchies and an informal work environment whilst retaining the highest standards of quality .
• Work permit in the United States.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge about machine learning and computer vision is a strong plus.
