Indiana University Health is looking to hire a Family Medicine Physician. This physician will provide direct family practice care for patients and support physician education programs.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD), Foreign equivalent accepted
• Eligibility for or possession of Indiana State medical license
• Board Certitifed or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine
• Completion of a Family Medicine Residency
