Sr.Investigator and Ethics Specialist for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte,NC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review incoming allegations of employee misconduct, determine whether an investigation is appropriate, and if so, prepare a succinct summary of the allegation, categorize it and prepare scoping questions.
Communicate with complainants to advise them of receipt of their allegations and request additional information as needed.
Assist stakeholders, such as business General Counsels and Senior Leaders, responding to inquiries, ensuring clear communication of relevant information and protecting data privacy.
Work as part of a team. Gather relevant information to initiate and scope business conduct investigations.
Obtain, review, and analyze data from multiple sources; conduct database searches.
Prepare reports, metrics, and analytical products, then present them to key stakeholders.
Manage and protect confidential information.
Assist management of key integrity and ethics programs such as Code of Business Conduct training and communications, integrity and ethics communications and training plans conflicts of interests and policy management.
Review day to day reported conflict of interest reports and carefully manage reported sensitive information by employees.

40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree* orforeign equivalent in Accounting, Data Science, Risk Management, or a relatedfield and 3 years of relevant experience. Must have 2 years of experience withthe following: project management and data analysis skills; management andprocessing of personal and sensitive data skills; ability to review, interpretand analyze sensitive and confidential information from multiple sources andpresent that in a clear and concise manner; and experience working with globaland multi-disciplined teams. Approximately 10% domestic and internationaltravel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.*Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.Additional Information
