Your Impact:

As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll take ownership of complex challenges, developing robust backend systems and scalable infrastructure that directly impact clinicians and patients. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your work will power transformative tools that simplify healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure and backend services.
• Build and manage high-throughput systems for significant user bases.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and clinicians to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation.
• Work with multi-cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and on-premises systems.

About You:

• Proven track record in building and maintaining infrastructure for large-scale projects.
• Expertise in backend systems, message queues, and scalable architectures.
• Cloud-native mindset with strong skills in Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience in fast-paced environments like startups or greenfield projects.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and teamwork.
• Bonus: Experience with data pipelines, enterprise integrations, or marketplace offerings.
