Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. We are a treatment facility that prides itself in a welcoming and compassionate approach to substance use and mental health treatment. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage daily operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the building, delivering high-quality care and maintaining compliance with protocols.
- Lead a dedicated team: Provide regular guidance, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate team meetings to foster collaboration and support.
- Oversee clinical supervision: Review and approve clinical documentation, assign caseloads, and provide direct supervision to staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Optimize resources: Collaborate with departments to understand the site budget and manage staffing and scheduling effectively.
- Service delivery oversight: Ensure that all services meet the highest quality standards, maintaining client satisfaction and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Be a vital part of the treatment process: Provide individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services as needed.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has the qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an active LISW or LPCC, and at least 5 years of progressively relevant experience.
- Is a clinical leader: You have a deep understanding of clinical operations and enjoy guiding teams to achieve success.
- Can pass a background check and drug screen.
