Nous recherchons un professionnel des tlcommunications, excellent joueur d'quipe, pour rejoindre notre quipe Product Near System Integration, axe sur les intgrations Open RAN dans le nouveau monde dsagrg.
Une diversit de savoir-faire et d'exprience est requise, tels que :

• Exprience en architecture de solutions et en intgration,
• Solides comptences en dpannage pour des problmes impliquant plusieurs domaines (applications, rseau, matriel),

Exprience dans le travail avec des clients, ainsi qu'une connaissance complmentaire dans les domaines ci-dessous serait ncessaire.

Un aperu de votre rle :

RAN

• Connaissance des interfaces LTE/NR, des piles de protocoles, des scnarios de dploiement (NSA/SA),
• Connaissance des flux d'appels (attachement de l'UE, messages entre l'UE, le gNB et le Packet Core),
• Exprience dans la configuration des nuds RAN (EDFF ou AMOS ou Netconf),
• Exprience dans l'excution de tests complexes tels que l'agrgation de porteuses, la remise (handover),
• Exprience avec les traces RAN (collecte et analyse des traces et messages),
• Connaissance approfondie et exprience pratique des outils du domaine RAN (moshell, AMOS, ltng, logtool),
• Exprience avec les outils d'excution et d'analyse des tests RAN tels que QXDM, PCAT,
• Connaissance des concepts et spcifications Open RAN, y compris la gestion et le plan CUS,
• Exprience dans l'orchestration et la gestion des nuds RAN (en utilisant ENM ou tout autre outil d'orchestration).

Cloud

• Solide expertise en technologies et frameworks de conteneurisation cloud tels que (mais non limit ) Docker, Kubernetes, CNIS, Red Hat OpenShift,
• Connaissance du rseau avec exprience en rseaux de centres de donnes utilisant/leverage VLAN, VXLAN, intgration sur site vers HCP via Direct connect, VPN site--site, etc.,
• Exprience avec l'intgration de services de plateformes cloud open-source telles que EL, HashiCorp Vault, Cert Manager, External Secrets Operator, etc., est un avantage supplmentaire.

Conception et mise en uvre de laboratoire

• Connaissance de la prparation de diagrammes de laboratoire et de la liste des matriaux (BOM) en fonction des exigences donnes,
• Familiarit avec la pile matrielle (serveurs standard, commutateurs, clusters de stockage/lames, CPU, GPU et autres acclrateurs),
• Connaissance des connexions physiques et logiques sous-jacentes et des structures de rseau dans un environnement RAN (y compris les cblages et les diagrammes logiques),
• Connaissance des types de matriel et de radio dans un environnement RAN,
• Comprhension du rseau Kubernetes (rseautage primaire/secondaire, Multus, CNI),
• Connaissance approfondie et exprience pratique de l'OS Linux et du scripting Shell,
• Connaissance approfondie et exprience pratique des protocoles et technologies rseaux,
• Bonne connaissance des outils CI/CD et GitOps (GitLab, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Argo-CD, Flux),
• Familiarit avec les comptences d'automatisation l'aide d'outils tels qu'Ansible/Terraform et de langages de script comme Python.

Gestion de projet

• Comprhension de Scrum, Kanban pour grer les cycles de dveloppement itratifs, prioriser les tches et favoriser la collaboration,
• Comptences pour recueillir, documenter et grer les exigences logicielles tout en communiquant efficacement avec les clients et les parties prenantes,
• Matrise de l'allocation des ressources de l'quipe, de l'estimation de la dure des tches et de la fixation d'chances ralistes pour atteindre les objectifs du projet,
• Identification des risques potentiels du projet (techniques, financiers ou oprationnels) et cration de plans de contingence pour y faire face,
• Garantir que les livrables respectent les normes de qualit par le biais de tests, d'intgration continue et de stratgies de dploiement efficaces.

Nous ne nous attendons pas ce qu'un candidat remplisse toutes ces comptences, mais qu'il soit fort dans certains domaines et qu'il soit motiv et enthousiaste l'ide de dvelopper des comptences dans les autres domaines.

Diplme de baccalaurat en informatique, gnie lectrique ou dans un domaine connexe, avec plus de 10 ans d'exprience dans l'industrie.

Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a telco professional who is an excellent team-player for our Product Near System Integration team focused on Open RAN integrations in the new disaggregated world.

There is diversity of know-how and experience required, such as;

• Solution architecture and integration experience,
• Strong troubleshooting skills for problems that involve multiple domains (applications, network, hardware),
• Experience working with customer, as well as some further knowledge in the areas listed below will be needed.

RAN

• Knowledge on LTE/NR interfaces, protocol stacks, deployment scenarios (NSA/SA)
• Knowledge on call flows (UE attach, messages between UE, gNB and Packet Core)
• Experience with RAN node configuration (EDFF or AMOS or Netconf)
• Experience with complex test execution such as Carrier Aggregation, handover
• Experience with RAN traces (collecting and analyzing the traces and messages)
• In depth knowledge and hands-on experience in RAN Domain tools (moshell, AMOS, ltng, logtool)
• Experience with RAN test execution and analyzing tools such as QXDM, PCAT.
• Knowledge on Open RAN concepts and specs including management and CUS plane.
• Experience with orchestration and management of RAN nodes (using ENM or any other orchestration tool)

Cloud

• Strong knowledge and expertise of cloud, containerization technologies/frameworks/solutions such as (but not limited to) Docker, Kubernetes, CNIS, Red Hat OpenShift.
• Knowledge on networking with experience in data center networking using/leveraging VLAN's, VXLANs, on-premises to HCP integration using Direct connect, site 2 site VPN etc.
• Experience with integrating open-source cloud platform services such as EL, HashiCorp vault, cert manager, external secrets operator etc. is an added advantage

Lab design and implementation

• Knowledge on preparing lab diagram and BOM based on given requirements.
• Familiarity with HW stack (commodity servers, switches, storage clusters/blades, CPU, GPU's and other accelerators)
• Knowledge on the underlying physical and logical connections and network structures in RAN environment (including cabling and logical diagrams)
• Knowledge on the hardware and radio types in RAN environment
• Understand Kubernetes Networking (Primary/Secondary Networking, Multus, CNI)
• In depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Linux OS and shell scripting.
• In depth knowledge and hands-on experience in networking protocols and technologies
• Good Knowledge of CI/CD and Gitops Tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Argo-CD, Flux)
• Familiar with automation skills using tools like Ansible/Terraform and scripting languages like Python

Project Management

• Understanding Scrum, Kanban to manage iterative development cycles, prioritize tasks, and foster collaboration.
• Skills in eliciting, documenting, and managing software requirements while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in allocating team resources, estimating task durations, and setting realistic deadlines to meet project goals.
• Identifying potential project risks (technical, financial, or operational) and creating contingency plans to address them.
• Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards through testing, continuous integration, and effective deployment strategies.

We do not expect a candidate to fulfill all the areas but being in strong in a few of them and having the excitement and motivation to grow competence in the other areas is what matters.

To be successful in the role you must have:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline with 10+ years of industry experience.
