About The Opportunity

Working as an integral part of the Estxwayusem Finance Department, reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the position will oversee all operational transactions in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Income Assistance, and Squamish People Distributions. The incumbent will be responsible for the planning of departmental workload and flow, ensuring compliance and consistency with internal and external regulations. This position will manage the development and implementation of Finance policies and procedures and has a solid grasp of payroll & general accounting knowledge and skills and performs a variety of general and year-end accounting duties. This management role will handle all aspects of preparing and distributing employee, member, supplier and other payments and will partner with all areas of the business to create efficiency and effective support.

Salary: $ 100,477 - $ 114,179 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program
