The Opportunity
As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product strategy forward with a particular focus on building a direct and engaging relationship with our end users to drive loyalty and retention. In this critical role, you will lead the product management team, working closely with the leadership team to shape the future of our products to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our users.
You will be hands-on and will develop and execute a product and design strategy that enhances our user experience across all platforms, creating a compelling product offering that builds a loyal and engaged user base.

The impact you'll make
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Market Insight: Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and maintain the highest quality benchmarks.
What you will bring
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership or management
- 5+ years' experience managing product teams, setting vision, and aligning product goals with business strategy
- 3+ years of experience working retailers or retail technology; Omni channel commerce technology strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS and a strong interest in software
- Experience creating and managing long-term product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring with business goals
- Executive Leadership experience, proven track record working directly with senior executives in a b2b environment
- Experience leading organizational change or navigating product pivots
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong product management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
- Can-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presence
- Familiarity with API-based integrations
