Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with some of our key customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in data center or network field services and demonstrate proficiency in managing the full lifecycle of customer engagements, including bids, proposals, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.
  • Manage bid processes, including crafting and delivering competitive proposals.
  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that align with our field service offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality metrics.
  • Provide expertise in field service domain experience to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a strong background in data center or network field services.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships, bid processes, and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficient in field service domain expertise and able to quickly adapt to new technologies and solutions.
