Job Description

Summary:
Deliver financial resource utilization, cost, net revenue and patient level information that is accurate, useful, timely and site specific. This information will be used to identify problem areas as well as opportunities for Kaleida Health. Provide analytics to support clinical, financial, operational, quality, patient safety performance improvement initiatives, service line profitability. Design and create specialized reports for Kaleida's hospitals, insurance partners, SNFs and physicians.

Education And Credentials

Responsibilities:
BS - Bachelor of Science in Business/Healthcare Administration, Finance or Related Field.

Experience

Other information:
5 years of experience in professional work environment. 5 years of experience in using intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). 5 years of experience in HIPAA compliance/regulations and ICD coding sets. 5 years of experience in using EPSi or other healthcare reporting software, Crimson, Tableau. 5 years of experience in healthcare setting.
