Base Salary: $100-120k
Variable commission: $100k at plan, uncapped. Paid quarterly.

What You'll Do
As a Regional Business Director, you will:
- Develop and execute the Channel's sales strategy in the assigned geography.
- Drive sales of the company's product(s) in a manner that is consistent with the company's strategy and values.
- Provide the company's leadership with customer (patient and physician) feedback regarding the value proposition of the company's unique products including competitive landscape, pricing policies, reimbursement, and general feedback that supports our mission.
- Facilitate training and support of health care professionals, hospital personnel and/or office staff in the use of Channel Medsystems products in hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and/or private practices/physician offices - this is generally accomplished by coordinating one-on-one presentations and hands-on use of demonstration company products and/or simulators.
- Represent Channel Medsystems during the scheduling of training and proctoring of procedures by ensuring access to all necessary products and accessories required for the case(s).
- Responsible for ensuring adequate inventory provided for training and case coverage, executing product retrievals as may be necessary, and assisting with site inventory/supply management and reconciliation as directed.
- Assist Field Clinical Specialists and Professional Education in educating and training new employees in the field.
- Maintain open, collaborative, and effective communication with all Channel functions including Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and Professional Education, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Document and report complaints related to Channel Medsystems products and procedures with appropriate team members (i.e. Quality Assurance, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs Medical Affairs, etc.)
- Strong focus on ensuring safety and clinical outcomes.
- Proactively support company goals and objectives by adhering to Channel policies and procedures, and assuring Good Clinical and Documentation Practices (GCP and GDP). Ensure compliance with Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, MDD, and other applicable standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high degree of competency and knowledge of assigned products as well as applicable office-based surgical procedures, patient anatomy, and competitive products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in a clinical or related setting or 5-7 years in a medical sales/clinical support position in the medical device industry.
- Thorough working knowledge of Class III medical device environment.
- Proficient computer skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to accommodate extensive domestic/international travel- 50% or more
