Description:
Prestigious creditor rights law firm is seeking a Maryland licensed attorney with 1-5 years of experience practicing in the area of real estate, foreclosure and/or creditors' rights law for mid to high level attorney position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed review of documentation related to foreclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal law
- Communicate with client and courts in a timely and professional manner
- Attend court status hearings, mediations and litigation
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients' timelines and expectations
- Review all documents related to the foreclosure process
Ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess:
Have the mentality that we, all firm employees, support each other so that we can solve our clients' problems
High level of motivation with ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and be a team player
The ability to take changes as a positive and work towards constant process improvement
. Bar in Maryland required, additional bar license in Virginia a plus
Education:
. Juris Doctorate, Maryland License Required

Salary range: 60k-125k; commensurate with experience
