About the Role

The Attorney Support PROS Specialist - Executive Assistant is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team and will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a Partner, while preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. In addition, working occasional weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and organizing the Partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, proactively monitoring appointments, and arranging travel
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Partner's internal and external communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Maintaining and organizing confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Supporting the Partner in managing client relationships, including handling inquiries and coordinating client meetings
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

We'd love to hear from you if you:
  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms

And have:
  • A high school diploma or an equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent, preferably
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
