Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 / year

Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-impact solutions, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and enhancing our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver technical programs and products.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and track project success.
  • Oversee budget management and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Implement and maintain program documentation and reporting systems.


Job Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technical environment
  • Experience with telecom/broadband technologies and platforms (LTE, 5G, Broadband, Wifi, Ethernet)

Skills
  • Strong understanding of software, hardware development lifecycle and agile methodologies is a plus
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with version control systems and ECR processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to drive results in a highly collaborative environment
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications preferred
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business needs
