What You'll Do:
- Manage internal cyber assessments using frameworks such as NIST CSF, CRI Cyber Profile, and ISO 27001.
- Support and expand cyber risk quantification efforts with tools like ISF IRAM2 and FAIR.
- Analyze complex data to deliver actionable insights, aligning recommendations with business needs.
- Develop and oversee risk mitigation strategies, escalating high-risk activities for treatment when necessary.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure timely remediation and countermeasures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance the company's information security objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within information security; financial services experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and familiarity with cyber frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CRI).
- Risk Analysis Tools: Experience with quantitative risk models like ISF IRAM2 and FAIR.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, effective communication, time management, and independent decision-making.
- Mindset: Relentless focus on cyber hygiene, control effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
