Core Job Responsibilities:
- Directly accountable for retaining and expanding assigned book of business
- Lead overall client strategy to exceed client expectations in day-to-day servicing and renewal program placement including market negotiations
- Coordinate involvement of all Lockton service solutions including claims, loss control, analytics, surety, etc.
- Work closely with service team to ensure timely client deliverables throughout the renewal cycle
- Maintain professional relationships with key insurers to ensure retention and new business growth opportunities
- Contribute to various initiatives that support achievement of growth goals within the practice
- Develop, train, and mentor junior Associates within the team
- Deliver standards of excellence in line with Lockton's operating procedures by adhering to standardized policies, processes, and systems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience
- Licensed for Property & Casualty Insurance or ability to obtain immediately
- Advanced working knowledge of Commercial coverages and services
- Ability to travel as needed
- Represent the practice and Lockton with integrity and professionalism at all times
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with Associates, Producers, and clients at all levels of responsibility
- Build collaborative and meaningful relationships with internal and external partners
- Effectively manage competing priorities while driving efficiency and productivity
- Lifelong learner who is excited by a challenge and looking for consistent personal and professional growth
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Legal right to work in the United States
