We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to leverage E Tech Group's Tableau analytics and visualization capabilities to gather, interpret, and present data insights that support business decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop actionable insights, and create user-friendly dashboards and reports. You will be our Tableau SME!

You will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for visualization.
  • Utilize Tableau to analyze large datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  • Present insights and recommendations effectively through visual storytelling.
  • Train and support end-users on Tableau functionalities and self-service analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in Tableau dashboards.
  • Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to integrate data sources and optimize performance.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for reporting purposes.
  • Identify and address data-related issues, including inconsistencies or gaps in datasets.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve data reporting and visualization processes.
  • Stay updated on Tableau's latest features, updates, and best practices.
  • Enhance dashboard usability through iterative improvements based on feedback.
  • Be an ambassador that prioritizes the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the Careers of our associates.

You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience using Tableau for business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard design.
  • Experience working with financials.
  • Experience communicating to all audiences, especially executive leadership.
  • Experience in designing dashboards for exec leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on deriving insights from data.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

You may have:
  • Familiarity with other BI tools.
  • Experience in our specific industry, such as engineering, automation, or manufacturing.
  • Certification(s) in Tableau
