The candidate will manage a variety of engineering tasks using programs and procedures of consulting engineering to FDOT criteria.

General Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for design calculations, plan preparation, and schematic designs for FDOT and local government projects.
  • Supervision of EITs or other similar entry level staff.
  • Production of schematics and Plans, Specifications, and Estimates.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules and financial requirements.


Required Education/Licenses:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree, Civil Engineering is required.
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer.


Required Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience with Microstation (ORD) and FDOT procedures a must.
  • Multiple levels of responsibility are available with PE preferred.
  • Must be flexible to changes in work assignments on short notice and/or on a daily basis as changes occur in project needs.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal employees.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
