Key Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Design Process: Guide product design from initial concept through to production, ensuring alignment with Keter's brand vision.
- 3D File Management: Utilize and manage advanced 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.) for designing, prototyping, and refining products.
- Design Review: Conduct rigorous design reviews and ensure high standards for design quality, functionality, and manufacturability.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer needs, fostering creativity and innovation in every design.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating between design, engineering, and production teams to ensure project goals are met on time.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Present design ideas, concepts, and final products to key stakeholders, offering clear and compelling rationale.
- Aesthetic Excellence: Apply strong aesthetic judgment to ensure designs not only meet functional requirements but also uphold decorative and style-driven considerations.
- Sustainability & Materials: Integrate sustainable design practices into product development.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in New Product Development: Demonstrated success in leading and delivering innovative product designs in the consumer goods industry.
- Mastery of 3D Software: Advanced experience in software like SolidWorks, Rhino, and image processing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Rendering Expertise: Strong rendering skills with software such as KeyShot or V-Ray, producing highly realistic visuals for concept presentations.
- Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-based tools for image processing and design enhancements.
- Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to produce market-leading product designs through an extensive and innovative portfolio.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-quality consumer goods.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
