About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer III to take a hands-on role in maintaining and enhancing our enterprise-level infrastructure. As a vital team member, you'll ensure compliance with corporate policies, contribute to cutting-edge solutions, and drive improvements across our infrastructure systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, from application development to business stakeholders, to enable reliable, resilient, and efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all systems, applications, software, and hardware comply with corporate policies and procedures.
• Identify infrastructure issues and collaborate to develop innovative solutions.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation for system design, builds, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop and track project plans, ensuring on-time delivery of objectives.
• Collaborate with Application Development, Quality Assurance, and Business teams to understand infrastructure requirements during planning, design, development, and testing phases.
• Implement infrastructure changes that enhance reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Perform production support tasks and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders and architects on infrastructure needs and improvements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Power BI Expertise: Proficiency in configuring Power BI (Service and/or Server), creating dashboards and reports, and establishing connectivity.
• Experience transitioning from Power BI Server to Power BI Service is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of database concepts; a DBA background is highly desirable.
• Experience with Tableau and/or ThoughtSpot is a bonus.
• Systems administration skills, particularly in managing enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to provide actionable feedback to architects and stakeholders.
• Enterprise-level experience in large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with detailed project planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
