Vice-Chair of Anatomical Pathology

The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of the Vice-Chair of Anatomic Pathology.

The Vice-Chair of Anatomic Pathology will lead the division of Anatomic Pathology. The division is made up of 16 faculty who are part of a subspecialty sign-out system. The successful candidate will foster close multidisciplinary relationships across campus. This leadership role includes managing a full complement of cutting-edge clinical service lines. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in the education, training, and development of fellows, residents, medical students, & allied sciences students. In addition, the Vice-Chair is an active part of the department's leadership team. This position will work closely with the Department Chair & Department Administrator.

Position Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience
  • Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or Clinical & Anatomic Pathology
  • Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Professor
  • Successful completion of a fellowship in an Anatomic Pathology sub-specialty
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Wisconsin
