The Senior Manager, Talent Business Partners (Sr Mgr TBP) is responsible for leading and developing the Talent Business Partner team in their respective Business Unit. In this role, you are tasked with ensuring alignment between the regional business operations and HR practices and objectives. As a Talent subject matter expert, the Sr Mgr TBP provides consulting and coaching to direct reports, departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives. They will provide strategic counsel and consultative partnership to drive growth and ensuring outstanding performance across their respective region.. By partnering with Talent and Field Sales Business Leaders, the Sr Mgr TBP's goal is to maximize engagement, retention, and performance, while translating the strategic vision of leadership into reality for all employees. The Sr Mgr TBP will lead with an end-to-end talent management mindset and work to continually create constant connection and consistency between the field and the HQ Talent Team.
Job Description
MANAGE EXPECTATIONS
Partner with the managers and Leadership Team to cultivate high-performance and top talent within the Business Unit
Manage the Talent Business Partners through effective goal setting/attainment, motivating, coaching, and providing timely feedback.
Ensure HR Operational excellence in all pillars of HR and drive consistency throughout all locations.
Provide practical "Best Practice" solutions for the Talent Business Partner team with regard to all "people" matters.
Be the liaison with HQ Talent Centers of Excellence to drive synergy, and excellence, and share best practices
Support the planning and execution of human capital plans; execute talent management strategies, and programs; support employee engagement and culture work through the Talent Business Partners.
Develop and maintain partnerships with senior decision-makers across your regions through the development of in-depth knowledge of the business, both strategically and operationally.
Drive the people component of the business strategy by translating strategic and operational goals into Talent business objectives as well as providing strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions that enable alignment and growth.
Oversee effective and consistent deployment of Talent programs including organization design, workforce planning, development and utilization, employee/labor relations, and rewards and recognition.
Manage coordination and consistency across the full Talent life-cycle including hiring, mentoring, performance management, promotions, payroll/benefits strategy, disciplinary action and termination.
Oversee EEO actions and proactively address and resolve issues or concerns.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Drive development and retention of talent within your designated regions.
Ensure all compliance training and requirements are being completed within the designated region.
Participate in the development and presentation of training programs as needed.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Advise and partner with Talent Business Partners to assist with coaching and counseling opportunities for employees.
Advise Talent Business Partners on investigations and employee resolutions as needed in accordance with Company procedures, guidelines, and legal obligations.
Guide on Red Bull Performance Management and Compensation philosophies.
COMPLIANCE
Oversee and manage government compliance, record retention, and training requirements associated with EEOC, DOL, and OFCCP
Extensive decision-making, based on broad policies and procedures.
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience managing a team.
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, compliance, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general HR practices, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
Strong leadership qualities with both managers and employees, promoting excellence in team collaboration and individual growth.
Proven consultative capabilities which have effectively influenced or enabled solutions to deliver business results.
Demonstrated analytical thinker who uses data effectively to inform recommendations and drive impactful Talent campaigns and initiatives.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills, as well as project and time management skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage constantly changing priorities.
Proven human resources management success in a multi-site environment.
Labor relations experience is considered an asset.
Strong business acumen, and ability to articulate an understanding of the assigned group's business model, operations, and financial structure.
Effortless flexibility in interpersonal style; ability to influence and persuade varied constituents.
Significant involvement in resolving and overseeing sensitive, difficult, or confrontational issues.
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and legal requirements.
Experience juggling multiple priorities simultaneously; relentless attention to detail.
History of delivering to deadlines with strong follow-up, problem resolution, and strategic skills.
Experience working with and promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Exercise and model exceptional and expert judgment that balances trade-off decisions regarding risk.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with familiarity of HR Information Systems

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
