Mental Health Professional - LCSW/LPCC/LMSW

MindCare Solutions, is a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions in various settings: clinician owned and operated. We are seeking a master's level mental health professional that is looking for a partnership in a growing organization with a strong team-mentality working in a corrections setting.

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Location: Chaparral, NM

Compensation: up to $89,000/yr (based on experience and licensure)

Position Summary:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to inmates.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical and security staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico.
• Experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
