As a Senior Program Manager in the Anthem Program, you willplay a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the successful execution ofprograms for the Anthem Next Generation Avionics. You will be accountablefor managing and delivering on complex programs, ensuring alignment withstrategic objectives, and driving program performance. Your strong guidingskills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential incontributing to the success of Honeywell's customer programs.

You will report directly to the Anthem Program Vice President and you'll workout of our a Honeywell Aerospace Technologies location on a Hybrid workschedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the software developmentlifecycle for the Anthem program and its load maturity, internal and externalproblem reporting and resolution, and overall software maturity . You will provide strategic direction, drive program execution, guide teams,ensure quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data accuracy,reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, processimprovement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation,compliance, and program excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental inensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, which, in turn,can contribute to the organization's overall success and performance-driven inthe market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide and oversee the execution of complex programs
Develop and implement software metrics reviewsand load improvement actions
Ensure the seamless transition of softwarematurity from development to formalization
Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget
Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
Work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure programsuccess
Provide guidance to engineering execution teams driving alignmentwith software quality

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or relatedroles
Strong guiding and team management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong insight into program management ethics and methodologies
Experience managing complex customer programs with multiplestakeholders
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in a global organization
Experience in managing programs in a matrix organization
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
