JOB OVERVIEW: The Director of Provider Recruiting and Support will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. This role is responsible for leading the doctor recruiting team, guiding the team to meet Key Performance Indicators, and ensures Rodeo Dental &Orthodontics maintains a robust doctor candidate pipeline. The right candidate will develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, forecast doctor hiring needs, and execute strategic plans to exceed goals.

REPORTS TO: Vice President Human Resources

SCHEDULE: This position requires a flexible schedule that may require extended
hours business requires - including evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum five years of full-time experience recruiting Doctors
Minimum two years of experience leading a recruiting team
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and service focused skills
Knowledge of internet and job board recruitment tools
Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills with a focus on forecasting
experience
Proficiency in all Microsoft and Google Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Google Docs,
etc.) and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience using social media for recruitment purposes
Knowledge of authorization to work credentialing, including work visas, such as H1B
and TN1

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performing initial interview and screening processes to verify candidates' suitability
Researching and participating in conferences, job fairs, and Dentist recruitment
opportunity events
Coordinating recruitment activities with management and executive management
Maintaining and managing outstanding communication with Doctor candidates
Develop and fully manage the pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled
positions
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle and the candidate experience for all assigned job
requisitions
Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans and identify
resources for outreach and staffing needs
Guide the recruiting team with job postings and position intake process, advertising,
and externships to ensure a diverse applicant pool, which may also include
engaging top universities and colleges
Lead all authorization to work credentialing for candidates in need of visas.
Coach and develop the recruiting team, ensure the team is meeting KPI's and
service delivery expectations
Identifies and executes doctor recruiting process improvements
Routinely forecasts Doctor hiring numbers for each region and adjusts when
necessary based on operational needs
Leads the Locums doctor recruitment and assignment process
Performs all other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
