Opportunity Details:
Bellin Health Cardiology Associates, a nationally recognized provider of cardiology services in Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, is growing! We are seeking to recruit a 4th BE/BC electrophysiologist to our large and comprehensive Cardiology practice located in Green Bay, Wisconsin with outreach responsibilities to Manitowoc Wisconsin and Escanaba Michigan. Practice with a group that consists of 23 BC Physicians and 23 Certified Advanced Practice Providers. At Bellin, our Heart and Vascular Team has more than 50 years' experience in all facets of cardiac care, making us the most experienced program in the region. Our entire staff is dedicated to achieving outstanding clinical performance through continuous devotion to quality patient care.

Shift Hours:
1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), Days, weekend rotation, call requirements
Practice Details:
Full Time Electrophysiology Practice General Inpatient & Outpatient Electrophysiology Services
Laser lead extraction experience desirable but not required Biosense Webster and Boston Scientific 3D Mapping Systems

EP only call
Dedicated Support Staff
Imaging & Lab Services Available on Site
EMR Epic
Outreach 1 Day/Week
Competitive Compensation Model
CME (Continuing Medical Education) $6000 each fiscal year
CTO (Contracted Time Off) 320 hours per fiscal year
Up to $12,000 relocation assistance
