We are a dynamic consulting company seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our growing team in Cleveland. As a key member of our creative team, you will design and deliver exceptional user interfaces that elevate client experiences across a variety of industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, bringing creative ideas to life in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design Excellence

• Create high-quality, high-fidelity designs for digital and print media, including apps, websites, infographics, and brand identities.
• Translate client requirements into visually compelling and user-centric experiences.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure designs align with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.0) and industry best practices.

Collaboration and Client Engagement

• Work closely with clients, product managers, UX designers, and developers to define project goals and design needs.
• Lead design discussions and present concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine designs while offering creative, strategic solutions.

Project Management and Delivery

• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Produce designs and assets ready for development while maintaining an iterative design process.
• Contribute to internal design critiques and actively participate in team initiatives to enhance workflows and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, sharing knowledge to inspire team growth.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with team members to advance collective design capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in UI design, preferably in an agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced creative environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, and InVision.
• Client Communication: Strong ability to articulate design concepts and present solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Independent thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
• Adaptability: Flexible mindset that thrives on feedback and changing project priorities.
• Process-Oriented: Proven ability to manage the full design lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
• Collaboration: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, or illustration.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and research methods.
