Location: In-person or hybrid
Salary: $90,000-$100,000/year (negotiable based on experience)

LGTC Group is a clinician-driven, comprehensive mental health service provider seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our collaborative and diverse team. We specialize in treating individuals with both Mental Health and Eating Disorder presentations across various levels of care, including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Residential Treatment (RTC).
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable clinician to work with children, teens, families, and adults presenting with dual diagnoses. Ideal candidates are:
  • Experienced or passionate about treating Mental Health and Eating Disorders.
  • Familiar with evidence-based practices such as DBT and FBT.
  • Looking for long-term employment with a rapidly growing company.

At LGTC Group, we provide psychotherapy services for clients with varying degrees of acuity as well as structured, hands-on programs utilizing the latest evidence-based standards of care.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct psycho-diagnostic evaluations for clients presenting with Mental Health and Eating Disorder challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, dietitians, and other clinicians.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Lead psychotherapy groups using evidence-based curricula or customized processes for dual diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Licensure: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
    • Ability to effectively use an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
    • DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index Check background clearance.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in higher levels of care (IOP, PHP, RTC).
    • Strong knowledge and experience with DBT and FBT.
    • Experience treating clients with Eating Disorders and co-occurring Mental Health diagnoses-or a strong desire to develop this expertise.
