Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Establish clear communication with clients' key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, brokers, and third-party payers.
- Use PMR's provided CRM and other software system(s) to track, manage, and nurture leads and customer interactions.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activity, pipeline status, and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with internal PMR operations and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in health insurance, employer-based clinics, and/or the broader healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with self-funded employers and their medical or workers' compensation programs.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals effectively.
- Experience working with distribution channels such as broker consultants, carriers, captives, and third-party payers.
- Expertise in presenting and selling to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong experience with CRM systems to manage sales activities and client interactions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to pursue leads and build relationships.
- Ability to generate awareness and initiate sales conversations through various channels.
