What You'll Do
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering innovation in creating data workflows and tools.
- Technical Oversight: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, reliable solutions for data-intensive tasks.
- Process Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to improve collaboration across teams, raising engineering standards.
- Career Development: Mentor and support team members to help them achieve their potential and grow into leadership roles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
- 8-12 years of engineering experience, ideally with a frontend-leaning focus.
- At least 5 years of management experience in a technical environment.
- Strong skills in building and scaling teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering collaboration.
