We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team focused on developing cutting-edge, data-intensive workflows and solutions.

This role combines technical leadership (50%) and team management (50%), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful products.
What You'll Do
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering innovation in creating data workflows and tools.
  • Technical Oversight: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, reliable solutions for data-intensive tasks.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to improve collaboration across teams, raising engineering standards.
  • Career Development: Mentor and support team members to help them achieve their potential and grow into leadership roles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of engineering experience, ideally with a frontend-leaning focus.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a technical environment.
  • Strong skills in building and scaling teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering collaboration.
