Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Track record of delivering complex projects through iterative development
- Experience managing and mentoring engineers
- Expertise with distributed systems, cloud architecture, and CI/CD
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization
Additional desirable experience:
- Experience with simulation or real-time systems
- Background in DevSecOps practices
- Languages: Rust, Python, TypeScript, Node
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres
