As we continue to grow, we are looking for an IT Staffing Manager to join our MSP Corp - Groupe Access team in our Montreal office.

About the Role

The IT Staffing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business development and client management by overseeing the recruitment and placement of IT professionals to address client needs. This role emphasizes building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical recruitment expertise with a strategic focus on business growth, exceptional relationship management, and leadership skills to ensure the alignment of staffing strategies with client and organizational goals.
Location: 8270 rue Mayrand
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Mode: Hybrid
Availability for emergencies: Occasionally as needed during evenings and weekends

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Offer customized staffing solutions, including short-term contracts, long-term placements, and staffing-as-a-service models.
  • Identify potential clients, develop and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers in client organizations to understand their staffing needs, provide tailored solutions, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
  • Identify emerging trends, industries, and regions with high demand for IT talent, leveraging insights to create targeted business development strategies and expand the client base.
  • Work closely with IT operations and hiring managers to ensure staffing aligns with project timelines and technical requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on staffing progress and challenges.
  • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team, oversee end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding at Clients.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with candidates to create a consistent talent pipeline.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates, to measure performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports for leadership, offering insights into recruitment trends and areas for improvement.
  • Occasional travel to client sites, recruitment events, or industry conferences (Montreal Area).


What you are bringing

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years + proven experience in IT service management, IT Staffing with a focus on customer experience and financial accountability.
  • Strong experience in IT Recruitment and IT qualifications & experience assessment.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and implement process-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • IT-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
  • Bilingualism (French & English)
