Summary

The Executive Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other C-Suite executives, to ensure their ability to reach the highest level of executive execution. The duties and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant are intendent to support the productivity of the CEO and other C-Suite executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Actively own and manage C-Suite executive's calendars and e-mail inboxes.
  • Collaborate with CEO to define and implement Avanti's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and department leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and strategies.
  • Manage the corporate office daily operations, including agenda-setting, meeting preparation, and follow-up on key action items.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for CEO and executives.
  • Schedules and attends meetings with, or on behalf of, executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Other special projects as assigned by the CEO.


Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience providing executive support and managing projects for executive leaders in the restaurant, hospitality, or construction industry.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills.
  • Resourceful with an ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration.,
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least four years of related experience.


Supervisory Responsibility

The position has no current supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels are moderate.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to make repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Able to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to hear, read, and speak in order to communicate with employees, customers, vendors, etc.
