What you will do:
- Lead the scoping, design, and successful deployment of IT solutions, ensuring each project aligns with Massport's goals and meets rigorous standards.
- Develop and manage project scope, budget, and schedules, and present proposals to executive leadership and the Board for approval.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, driving effective collaboration and continuous improvement in workflows.
- Monitor project performance and expenses closely, providing transparent communication and budget insights to key stakeholders while ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on planning, design, and implementation.
- Proven track record managing large, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through implementation.
- Strong organizational and personnel management skills; valid driver's license required (corrective lenses permitted).
