This is an Executive Assistant to CEO role in the Minneapolis area. You will have the opportunity to support the CEO and other Neuros executives. Manages, monitors and assists with daily/quarterly/annual activities of the business. Serves as point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners.

What You'll Do

As an Executive Assistant to CEO, you will:
  • Manages calendars, travel, and expenses of key company executives.
  • Prepares, edits and oversees correspondence, presentations, and additional documents.
  • Manages and tracks ongoing projects and associated paperwork.
  • Assists with meeting coordination between multiple functions within the company.
  • Organizes team communications and plans events, both internal and off-site.
  • Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Anticipates the needs of the company while demonstrating strong initiative.
  • Pays close attention to details, stays organized, and has good time management skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 5+ years administrative experience, supporting executive level employees.
  • Solid analytical skills, including the ability to write, edit and proofread with accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in developing internal processes and systems.
  • Experience in event coordinating and planning.
  • Creative thinker and self-starter.
  • Flexible team player, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • Organized, detail oriented, effective in time management, and comfortable multitasking
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Base Salary: $90k+ DOE
