Job Title: Sr. Consultant- Change Management

At Slalom, our Business Advisory Services team helps organizations redefine possibilities, embrace the future, and deliver results. We partner with clients to tackle high-impact projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive transformative outcomes.

As a Sr. Consultant- Change Manager, you'll guide organizations through complex transformations by blending change management expertise with a deep understanding of learning and development. Your work will empower teams to navigate transitions smoothly, foster a culture of growth, and achieve sustainable success.

What You'll Do:

• Create and implement tailored change strategies that align with client needs and culture, enabling smooth transitions and lasting impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all key functional areas, including senior leaders and executives, to build consensus, define objectives, and embed change management practices.
• Drive communication, engagement, and training initiatives to foster stakeholder buy-in and facilitate workshops for cross-functional groups.
• Evaluate change impact, define strategies, and establish change champion networks to sustain momentum.
• Identify anticipated resistance and challenges, create mitigation tactics, and manage resistance for successful adoption of new programs and technologies.
• Define success metrics, track progress and use feedback and metrics to measure and enhance adoption, proficiency, and learning outcomes.
• Guide and coach project sponsors and leaders on their roles in the change process, enabling them to effectively lead change initiatives within their teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 6+ years in change management, organizational design, communication, and/or talent management, ideally in consulting or project-based roles.
• Certifications: Prosci, ACMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Proven Success: Experience driving large-scale business transformations or technology adoptions.
• Strong Communication: Ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse internal and external audiences, including executives and the public.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working across industries, building trust, and driving change in complex, dynamic environments.
