This is a unique opportunity to manage the tender process, support Key Account Managers, and help enhance customer satisfaction-all without needing to relocate. You'll play a key role in driving growth with Global Accounts and expanding our share of wallet, all while working in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Tender Management
  • Lead the Tender Process: Act as a project manager throughout the tender lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of all tender-related activities. Proactively engage with stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and monitor progress.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to analyse tender requirements, identify key stakeholders, translate customer needs, and define clear objectives & strategy for the tender. Ensure and establish realistic timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Optimize Pricing Strategies: Work with the pricing team to create accurate and competitive rate structures that meet customer needs. Resolve any inconsistencies promptly
  • Develop Value Proposition: Act as a sales contributor by reviewing customer needs, exploring tailored solutions, and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Conduct Post-Mortem Reviews: Partner with Key Account Managers to evaluate tender outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies for future opportunities.
  • Ensure Smooth Transitions: Manage the handover from tender management to implementation, ensuring all commercial aspects meet the agreed methodology and customer expectations.

Development & Support
  • Maintain Accurate Rate Cards and Customer Setups: Ensure rate cards are up-to-date, and customer setups are precisely maintained, enabling seamless and efficient business operations.
  • Lead Business Reviews: Organize and coordinate key business reviews (e.g., MBRs, QBRs, YBRs) to foster continuous customer engagement and deliver ongoing value. These reviews should support account development by identifying opportunities to enhance our partnership.
  • Best Practice & Drive Continuous Improvement: Promote global best practices and actively participate in initiatives and projects to ensure ongoing account success.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, using these tools effectively to manage data and prepare presentations.
