What you'll do
As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the strategy and execution of our talent acquisition efforts for engineering, product, and other technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop compelling job postings, source top-tier talent, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Through your deep industry knowledge and people-focused approach, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our world-class team of innovators and problem-solvers, ultimately contributing to our mission of providing accessible financial services in underserved regions.

As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the strategy and execution of our talent acquisition efforts for engineering, product, and other technical roles. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates through direct outreach, networking events, and partnerships.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Nclusion's mission.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles, anticipating business growth and future hiring needs.
- Utilize data and analytics to track, measure, and improve recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.).
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process, actively seeking out and supporting underrepresented talent.
- Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent insights to advise hiring managers and leadership.
Minimum requirements
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven ability to fill complex technical roles (software engineers, product managers, data scientists, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focusing on senior or niche roles.
- Experience recruiting for financial technology or early-stage startups.
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing, competency-based assessments, and building structured interviewing processes.
- Understanding of global hiring practices, particularly in emerging markets.
- Professional HR/recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
