THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The Enterprise, Business DevelopmentManager will utilize a strategic approach to create an extensive prospect listand play a pivotal role in all phases of the sales process, including outreachplanning, business analysis, presentations, and contracting, with the strategicgoal of positioning GreenShield products and services favorably.
  • Develop an outreach strategy with large named prospects in Western Canada
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for the prospect that aligns with their business objectives.
  • Development of advisor relationships, including meetings, social activities, and other engagements.
  • Continual development of a strong business network.
  • Lead and support complex RFP process
  • Develop and execute finalist presentations.
  • Monitor the competitive marketplace and share internally.
  • Promote professional growth and cultivate robust industry connections.
  • Participate in industry events such as conferences and seminars.
  • Achieve or surpass gross and net revenue targets.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 10 years sales experience, with experience in Large market/Enterprise sales
  • A strong business network in Western Canada, an individual motivated by networking and establishing robust relationships across all client and partner levels.
  • A sales professional with a focus on hunting and acquiring new business.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully selling enterprise-level deals in the employee health and benefits sector.is an asset
  • Outstanding leadership that consistently delivers exceptional results.
  • Exhibit a consultative and professional sales approach. The individual is an excellent listener with the capability to design tailor-made solutions that not only meet but also surpass the requirements of prospective clients.
  • Proficient organizational and project management skills for overseeing complex RFPs.
  • Passionate about navigating complex sales environments.
